Award winning health informatics practitioner with an unique combination of experience in the NHS and China who provides advice to China central  government and local health authorities.

  •    Experience: 5+ years senior project management role in delivering innovative technology and change for the NHS, project portfolio includes: business intelligence, health research management system,  telehealth, open source community, urgent care.

Bing Wang, Secretary-General Bing has multi-disciplines background on Biomedical, Informatics Engineering and Management, worked at a UK start-up company and UK universities. He has rich theory knowledge and practical experience on Greater China and UK medical exchange, at the same time, having enhanced network in European medical field. He spent major his time on deliver development information for the society and networking events to accumulate resources and power for the society.

Dr. Shuang LIANG

Shuang has extensive practical expertise in business law in both Chinese and UK settings. She has an LLB degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, PRC, an LLM degree from the University of Birmingham, and a PhD from the University of Leeds. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Shuang’s expertise includes drafting, editing and translating various legal documents in both Chinese and English, and providing support for bi-lingual commercial negotiation and dispute resolution. She has contributed to management development trainings about commercial dispute resolution in a multi-cultural environment- for example as part of a development programme for SINOPEC (China Petrochemical Corporation), and has practical experience in commercial dispute resolution.

Jian   Venture Capital Advisor        Jian had studied and work in UK over 7 years(2002-2009),

Experience:          5+ years TMT investment experience(over 10 invested companies) in investment department for the SHENZHEN CAPITAL GROUP CO.,LTD. project portfolio includes: internet/mobile internet, media, technology, telecom.
